In 2022, SprinkleSushi begun as beyond style of sushi in Los Angeles, California by Chef Miki Fujiwara.

by most of Japanese and Maki sushi (sushi rice and seafood hand rolled wrapped with dried seaweed) is another style of sushi. We can easily grab a bite at sushi bar or buy at stores.
Flip side, homemade sushi is also very popular which is with row fish as well as vegetable chopped finely and sprinkled on sushi rice in bowl.
We call them Chirashi or Bara sushi.
